Breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, birdsong, the vast greenery of the forests and a lake unlike any other. Just beyond the picturesque and peaceful Masurian countryside, where beyond lie nothing but fields, meadows buzzing with insects and gravel walking paths, we have created a year-round, intimate complex of comfortably furnished cottages called Masuria Resort Village.

In our view, Masuria is first and foremost about connecting with the all-encompassing natural world, which is why we have situated just six cottages at distances that are convenient for our guests. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and the spacious terrace offer unrivalled views regardless of the time of day or year (the cottages feature a fireplace in the living room and central heating).

The location, far from the hustle and bustle, in the heart of Masurian nature, with a stunning view of Lake Żywki – a body of water within a quiet zone – is the perfect setting for complete relaxation.

To help you recharge your batteries, we offer a wooden sauna and a wood-fired hot tub, accessed via a path fragrant with lavender and grapevines.

Those who love relaxing in hammocks will find a spot for themselves, whilst those seeking respite in the shade are welcome to sit beneath the canopy of a centuries-old lime tree.

For those keen on physical activity, we provide trekking bikes and water sports equipment.

We are delighted to offer our cottages to all those who value contact with nature, whether through active or passive, but always civilised, leisure, and who respect what is different and natural – so that, just like us, they may feel the fullness of happiness there, if only for a moment. We provide our guests with direct access to the shoreline of Lake Żywki – a lake that is unique for its intimate atmosphere.
