Information about the resort

Location

Holiday cottages at Masuria Resort Village

The resort is located on a beautiful clearing, right by the Masurian Lake Żywki, in the village of the same name. The nearest farm buildings stand several hundred metres from the property boundary, which guarantees true peace and quiet. There is a free car park for guests on the resort grounds, and the entire area is fenced.

Sauna and jacuzzi tub

Fired by wood and inspired by constructions from Japan and China, it consists of a modern wooden sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi tub, which can each accommodate up to eight people at the same time.

Regular sessions in the jacuzzi and sauna are relaxing and beneficial for health. The temperature and humidity inside the sauna help the body to cleanse itself.

The wooden sauna – freestanding and shaped like a lying barrel – feels no different to use than a traditional log sauna. It is made from spruce logs and covered with bitumen shingles. The sauna room has a wood-burning stove, benches, a changing room and a terrace.

The jacuzzi tub – wooden with air jets and heated water – stands outdoors on the terrace next to the sauna. After a session, the tub is covered with a special lid and the water is replaced to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene.

Bonfire and grill

The bonfire area has been prepared so as not to disturb other guests. A grill can be set up directly next to the cottage. You will find barbecue equipment by each cottage.

Private jetty

100 metres from the resort, on the other side of the country lane, there is a jetty that our guests may use.

Kayaks, pedal boats and rowing boat

Every guest may use the water equipment moored at the jetty. There are four kayaks for two adults and one child, two five-person pedal boats and one rowing/fishing boat. With this equipment, you can enjoy time with family or friends, explore the area from the water or pursue fishing as a hobby.

Trekking bicycles

There are 12 trekking bicycles available to guests, including 4 men’s bikes (28"), 4 women’s bikes (28") and 4 youth bikes (20"). The area offers a variety of cycle paths, one of which runs right past the resort gate. They will take you through charming villages, the Borecka Forest and around the Masurian lakes, letting you discover Masuria in a way you have not known before.

Attractions for children and teenagers

To make your stay more varied, we have prepared extra attractions. For the youngest guests there is a playground with a sandpit, two slides, swings and a playhouse. There are also rocker toys and plenty of sand toys so your little ones can have an engaging time. Children and adults can enjoy a football match on the lawn with goals provided. There is also a badminton net with rackets and a large trampoline with side safety curtains to protect the user from falling out.

Hammocks

Wooden hammocks have been set up on the spacious lawn by the cottages, where guests can enjoy a relaxing rest.
