The resort is situated on a beautiful meadow right by the Masurian Lake Żywki, in the village of the same name. The nearest farm buildings are a few hundred metres from the boundary of the plot, ensuring true peace and quiet. There is free parking for guests on site and the entire resort grounds are fenced.
Heated with wood and inspired by designs from Japan and China, it comprises a modern wooden sauna and an outdoor hot tub with jacuzzi, each accommodating up to 8 people at the same time.
Regular sessions in the tub and sauna are relaxing and beneficial to health. The temperature and humidity in the sauna support the body’s natural self‑cleansing.
Wooden sauna — freestanding in the form of a lying bathing barrel, offering a traditional log‑sauna experience. Made of spruce timbers and covered with bitumen shingles. The sauna room features a wood‑burning stove and benches, plus a changing room and terrace.
Outdoor hot tub — wooden, with air jets and heated water, located under the open sky on the terrace next to the sauna. After each session the tub is covered and the water replaced to maintain maximum cleanliness and hygiene.
The fire pit area has been arranged so as not to disturb other guests. Barbecuing is possible directly by each cottage, and barbecue equipment is provided at every cottage.
100 metres from the resort, on the far side of the field track, there is a jetty available for our guests’ use.
Every guest may use the water equipment moored at the jetty. Available are four kayaks with two seats for adults and one additional seat for a child, two five‑person pedal boats, and one rowing/fishing boat. With this equipment you can spend a lovely time with family or friends, explore the surroundings from the water, or pursue a passion for angling.
There are 12 trekking bicycles available to guests, including 4 men’s (28" wheels), 4 women’s (28" wheels), and 4 youth bicycles (20" wheels). The area offers a variety of cycling routes, one of which runs right past the resort gate. They will take you through charming villages, the Borecka Forest, and around Masurian lakes, letting you discover an unfamiliar side of Masuria.
